A large Woolworths store with good fresh produce department in colourful displays. Usually well stocked & clean. Staff at self check outs could be a little more cheerful

My 84 year old mother who has been shopping at my Ommaney for over 20 years came home very upset and almost in tears. She said she asked one of the staff which isle she could find something and he was so rude and told her I don't have time can't you read go look at the signs. She said they used to be nice and some of them used to take you to where you wanted and have become very rude in the last year or so. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. May be the management is changed.

Staff is always friendly but the selfserve is rubbish. Have to wait for staff to confirm products, items in my trolley (separate transaction) had me wait around for close to 5 minutes. If you don't trust customers to do the right thing have staff ready to serve at the other registers.

Some ranges are not extensive as other stores or bakery, produce but it was all fresh bread appeared to be baked on premises. Reasonably clean fairly crowded on a Saturday morning but sufficient checkouts open with little waiting time.

The Woolworths itself provided mostly what I needed, though no Ecostore brand Laundry Soaker here either. I walk with a stick and found it difficult to manage both this and my heavy shopping trolley down the travellator, quite scary actually. It was a problem for me that NO LIFT ACCESS to the carpark is provided. I ended up using the ramp out to the bus stop and walking through the rain to find my car. This was too difficult for me on my own so I won't be back.

A large, well stocked branch that has been one of anchor shops in the shopping centre for a few decades now. Has had an upgrade recently and is looking good. The store is clean and has good friendly staff assisting you. Be on the lookout for the many half priced specials.

First time at the complex very well set out plenty of cafes for a coffee or a lunch. Both supermarkets there plenty of specialty shops and plenty of underground parking a very pleasant experience.

Went to get ham from the deli at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon. When I got to the deli, the two assistants were just chatting and there was already meat covered. After waiting a while an employee finally came up and asked what I wanted. I asked for ham but asked why it is covered. They said they were closing and couldn’t serve me ham or any deli items….. it was 5pm and the closing hours for the store is 9pm…..
